This person will be added to a closed WhatsApp Indaba group, where important updates, including quick arrangements and lunch details, will be shared. Rest assured, it’s a private group, so no unwanted messages or spam.

Stand Details

How will you dress up your stand? Each exhibitor stand will be allocated one table and two chairs. Please bring your own tablecloth to match your brand’s preferred aesthetic.

What company name should be printed on the fascia board at your stand? Please double check the spelling thereof.

Indaba goodie bags

Would you like to contribute any items to the official Indaba goodie bag? At this rate, we’re preparing for 800 attendees – nearly 300 more than expected! A record turnout! Of course, you don’t need to provide 800 goodies; all contributions are welcome. All items must be delivered to the venue by 10:00 on Sunday morning. Please note that deliveries are not possible on Saturday, as the venue will be in use for another event. Alternatively, deliveries can be made during office hours, from Monday at 08:00 until Friday at 15:00.

Indaba ticket allocation

Please click the “Download Form” button to download an Excel sheet to fill in with the details of those who will be attending from your company. Please complete this form by Wednesday, 20 March 2025, as we need to finalise badge printing and lanyard preparation.

Setup & exhibition hours

Setup date & time:
• Exhibitors are required to set up their stands on Monday, 31 March 2025, between 10:00 and 14:00.
• Please note that all setups must be completed by 14:00 to allow for venue cleaning and final preparations before the indaba begins the next morning.

Exhibition operating hours:
•Exhibitions must be open on both Indaba days from 07:00 to 16:30.
